This house offers three private rooms (one of which is a single room and can only be booked for one person). Pregnant women (there are stairs for safety reasons) and children under two years old are not allowed to stay, as the house is not wheelchair accessible. Pets are not allowed. The house has a shared standard bathroom, living room, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, and toaster and is open from 8:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Food with strong odors is not allowed. There is no stove or oven. Please clean the kitchen after use. Laundry service is available for an additional fee. Please do not leave personal items (including towels) in the shared bathroom and keep it clean and hygienic. Do not disturb other guests. Public street parking is free during designated hours. Winter heating is provided in accordance with government regulations. If you require heating beyond the government-mandated requirements, an additional fee of USD per day will be charged.
