On-site, guests will have numerous resort-style amenities at their fingertips including shared pools, a hot tub, fitness room, mini-golf, tennis courts, and easy beach access. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. This resort is located just one mile from the 210-acre Coffeen Nature Preserve, home to scenic walking paths and a historic World War II missile-testing site that you can visit by reservation. Grand Boulevard is also close, offering both casual and upscale dining and a variety of shops. For additional restaurants and retail options, check out the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just a little over two miles away. And for adventures on and in the water, numerous golf courses, and other attractions, visit the city of Destin located 11 miles west. Things to Know No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
