Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located on peak seven just three miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. The home is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 9 guests! This is an ideal home for groups of family or friends that want to be close to everything Breckenridge has to offer! The home has a fenced yard and is one of the few dog friendly homes in Breckenridge! This location offers fast access to all sorts of outdoor adventures! You'll be right next to Peaks Trail, an eight-mile trek in the White River National Forest that runs from Breckenridge to Frisco, and offers stunning mountain views. In nearby Iowa Hill, you'll find a lightly-trafficked trail loop with a beautiful forest setting. Bikers should check out the Blue River Bikeway, a paved trail which traverses nine miles and is great for all skill levels and ages. Access to the Bikeway is just a short drive away. When it's time to relax, check out Broken Compass Brewing, one of the best breweries in Colorado; it's less than two miles away and offers a free brewery shuttle service! Breckenridge Distillery, an award-winning and stylish new restaurant offering modern American cuisine with altitude, is also located nearby.
