We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this just to clarify. We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent or LP gas for the gas grill - please bring if you would like to use. If you want the heat turned on the pool & spa outside it is USD 25 per day additional charge (not included) and must be turned on entire stay. It does take 6 to 8 hours to heat pool, and if air temp is under 60 degrees it is unlikely to adequately heat. Dog fee is USD 75 MAX 1 dog. If you wish to have the pool or spa outside heat turned on there is a USD 25 additional fee per day and you must pay for all days of stay. We do not provide LP gas for the BBQ grill. Please bring.
