Within a half-mile of your condo, Steamboat Ski Resort promises an exhilarating day on the slopes. For miniature golf and laser tag, Amaze’n Steamboat Family Fun Park is a two-mile drive away. Restaurants, shops, and art galleries await along Main Street. And in the summer, the gorgeous Yampa River Botanic Park is a must for bike rides, leisurely strolls, and fishing. Both are within a two-mile drive. In addition to a prime and unbeatable location, you will be granted access to shared amenities, including four heated pools, 10 hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts (summer only), a sauna, and a grill area. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
