Create everlasting memories with your loved ones at this fantastic first-floor condo! The biggest appeal of this home away from home is the location - you will be right next to the pool, really close to the ski lockers, and right above the shared laundry facility. In the winter, there is an on-demand shuttle that loops every 15 minutes to the base of the ski lifts - this retreat is in the closest building to the shuttle pick-up.
Within a half-mile of your condo, Steamboat Ski Resort promises an exhilarating day on the slopes. For miniature golf and laser tag, Amaze’n Steamboat Family Fun Park is a two-mile drive away. Restaurants, shops, and art galleries await along Main Street. And in the summer, the gorgeous Yampa River Botanic Park is a must for bike rides, leisurely strolls, and fishing. Both are within a two-mile drive.
In addition to a prime and unbeatable location, you will be granted access to shared amenities, including four heated pools, 10 hot tubs, a fitness center, tennis courts (summer only), a sauna, and a grill area.
This well-appointed retreat has all the essentials for a fun and memorable getaway. Find a well-equipped kitchen with all the essentials, a private ski locker right outside the front door, an inviting living area with a gas fireplace and a smart TV, a convenient private patio off of the living area, and smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
