Newly remodeled, this Gulf-front can accommodate everyone in your group and is ideal for a family beach vacation or a get-together with friends! The entire condo has been freshly repainted, with a new sleeper sofa and side chair and new rugs beneath the dining room table and the queen bed. The breathtaking gulf and pool views from the balcony allow for peaceful mornings spent watching the sunrise and evenings looking for shooting stars over the water. Watch the pelicans catch their lunch in the emerald-green waters as you bask on the sugar-white beach. Below is the swimming pool and sun deck complete with new patio furnishings, a cook-out corner with several grills, and a pool house with bathroom facilities. This one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bath suite features a queen bed in the main bedroom, berth bunks for the kids in the hallway, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. The complex includes a Gulf-front pool and a shared gas grill and is close to restaurants and shopping.
