Located in West Vail, this 4BR/4.5BA duplex is the ultimate mountain retreat. Cozy furnishings and welcoming interiors create a warm ski lodge atmosphere. Highlights include vaulted ceilings, a two-sided stone fireplace, rich hardwood floors, and newly installed central AC!
Take in majestic mountain views from the private balcony and double deck. Take a quick drive to Vail Mountain and the Cascade Chair Lift. Or leave the car behind and catch the bus; the closest stop is located 0.5 miles from your home.
LIVING AREA
The cozy living room offers plenty of space to relax, furnished with a couch, two leather armchairs, and a sitting area. Watch shows on the 55” flat-screen smart TV with cable while enjoying the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace (wood provided). Step out onto the private deck for sweeping panoramas of the mountains.
An additional gathering space on the lower level features a 50” flat-screen TV with Roku, a couch, and access to the deck.
KITCHEN & DINING
The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a 42” flat-screen smart TV over the fireplace. Bonuses include a double oven and a six-burner gas stove. Convenient gadgets include a coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, blender, and kettle.
When’s it’s time to eat, gather at the stately table with seating for up to ten, or at the breakfast bar with seating for four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The second-floor master suite is furnished with a king bed, a leather armchair, and a 32” flat-screen TV with Roku. Enjoy private access to a balcony. The luxurious en-suite bathroom has a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity, and large walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
On the lower level, the third bedroom has a king bed, a leather chair, and a 32” flat-screen TV. An en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
