This wonderfully convenient complex sits just 175 yards from the Village Lodge at Mammoth Mountain, accessed by a direct walkway over Forest Trail Road. You can walk 350 yards to the Village Gondola and ski home daily when the conditions are right on the beginner-level Ski Back Trail down the street. Mammoth Lakes becomes a paradise for golfers, hikers, and mountain bikers in the sparkling summer months. Practice your drive at the Sierra Star Golf Course, hike through Mammoth Lakes Basin, or spend a day on the shores of Mono Lake 30 miles north. You'll also be 66 miles southeast of Yosemite National Park and its awe-inspiring granite cathedrals. Step inside to find a beautifully remodeled living space nestled among the trees. Sit on the leather sofa, warm your toes by the gas fireplace, and relax with your loved ones as the sunlight streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Watch a few Blu-ray movies on the cable TV in the living area. Throw your snowy ski clothes in the private washer/dryer and move into the kitchen to whip up a few afternoon snacks. This renovated space includes custom pine cabinetry, granite countertops, and modern appliances and fixtures. Sip a cold microbrew at the bar counter or pour mugs of hot chocolate to sip at the patio table on the deck. The bedroom on the main floor features a TV and a Blu-ray player to help lull you to sleep. The enclosed loft has a twin-over-double bunk bed, one twin bed, and a TV with a DVD player, while the living room offers a sofa bed.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
