The fabulous location and access to resort amenities like a shared (seasonal) pool will surely make this an annual destination spot for your family or group of friends. This two-story townhome has wood floors, plush furniture, and all of the home essentials (including a washer and dryer) to create a space the whole group can feel at home in amid all your thrilling adventures. The open main living area is perfect for a relaxing time in between activities to spend quality time with loved ones. Settle into the overstuffed sofa or plaid chairs to read a book, chat while sipping hot cocoa, or watch a movie on the flatscreen cable TV. Enjoy home-cooked meals together, play card games, or whip out a jigsaw puzzle before bed. More seating (and a great view) can be found out on the balcony for those warm summer nights full of barbecuing on the grill and sipping a cold drink.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
