The Studio is approximately 250 sqft and is well equipped. It is located on the east side of our property. Please note that it is attached to the main property and you do have your own private entrance as well as a patio area. It also shares one wall with the garage, you may hear the garage opening and closing from time to time. Also please note that the main breaker panels to the entire home are located in the studio, in the event that we need to access them, we will need to come into the studio. Of course, will provide you with as much notice as possible.
