Come relax with your family and friends at this private and centrally located home situated on Ryder Pond. 20 mins to Mt. Snow for skiing, 5 mins to Harriman Reservoir for kayaking and swimming. Kayak on property as well as lake gear. Take a dip in our hot tub after a long day, watch the sunset , relax while surrounded by 20 acres of beautiful land. 7 min drive to downtown Wilmington for great dining, shopping. Try the local maple syrup! Awd or snow tires a must in winter.
Hi my husband Darshan and I love Vermont. We can't wait to share our place with you. We have a housekeeper and maintenance manager who are on call. We are always available via the platform or cell.
Flat Driveway, private road cleaned by HOA after each snow storm. Peaceful, tranquil rural. It’s in the mountains in winter you will need awd or snow tires. You will need a car to get around. Recommend four wheel drive or snow tires in the winter.
