Take a dip in our hot tub after a long day, watch the sunset , relax while surrounded by 20 acres of beautiful land. 7 min drive to downtown Wilmington for great dining, shopping. Try the local maple syrup! Awd or snow tires a must in winter.

Flat Driveway, private road cleaned by HOA after each snow storm. Peaceful, tranquil rural. It’s in the mountains in winter you will need awd or snow tires.
You will need a car to get around. Recommend four wheel drive or snow tires in the winter.
