What a wonderful Beach Cottage for guests of all types coming to the Cape to Enjoy the summer sun, ocean air, and marine wildlife! This Home is perched on a hill overlooking the gorgeous and lively Bass River of Dennis, Cape Cod! This home comes equipped with a kayak for guests to use, right at the bottom of the driveway you can find a launching strip where you can put the kayak in and take it for a ride down the river in either direction! right next to the launching strip there is a beach available as well. The property of the cottage has a nice yard and deck where guests are urged to eat/drink & relax, this area is truly a beautiful spot to watch the sun set and grill out on the private grill as well! the inside of the cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bath, with a bed on the sundeck and a pullout sleeper! The common area has a nice TV where you can relax at night and watch some movies to help you rewind!

Located on the Bass River, particularly Follins Pond area of it. The Nearest on ocean Beach is located on the Bay side of the Cape, Corporation Beach, 4.4 miles away. If you want to go to the south side of the Cape the nearest beach is West Dennis Beach, just 6.6 miles away.
