Located on the stretch of Destin known as Crystal Beach, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is open and inviting for every guest. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit laundry, and spacious outdoor areas. The community this home lies in has a gorgeous resort-style pool, making it the perfect place to spend a day off the sand. With a location south of Highway 98, the beach is walking distance away, and a shuttle runs seasonally for beach access as well. Nearby restaurants include Camille’s at Crystal Beach, serving Gulf to table seafood, and Funky Blues Shack, an option for dinner and live music nightly. Even more, dining options can be found at Destin Commons less than a mile away, along with dozens of boutiques and shopping outlets.

🚗 Parking or Riding on Property: Parking permitted in driveway only- 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. Overflow parking (first come, first serve) is available around the pool area and by the back entrance. No trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, motorcycles, jets skis, scooters (RENTAL or owned) nor any other recreational vehicles are permitted to ride or park anywhere inside the property. No parking in street right- of- way by regular vehicles this may prevent emergency vehicles access.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
