Welcome to our Villa at the Holiday Villas 3 Resort located on beautiful Indian Shores beach. The entire building is ocean front property and although we do not have a direct balcony ocean view we do offer you an excellent value price and the same ocean views after you exit the elevator as we are located just 50 yards to the beach. Our prices are a fraction of what a balcony view would cost so your savings are substantial. In addition everything is included such as full kitchen, all cooking utensils, beach chairs, sun umbrella, ice cooler and extra beach towels to name a few. We also feature a very large ocean front heated pool, outdoor BBQ grills with dining tables for your dining pleasure and ocean front gazebos to enjoy your favourite beverages.
