Welcome to this stylish 3BR 2Bath condo nestled in a high-end Cape Harbour waterfront community in the serene area of Cape Coral, FL. Escape the big-city crowds and gaze at breathtaking views from 2 private balconies, and you’re steps from the marina, restaurants, shops, and attractions.
I have been in the real estate business for over 35 years, primarily in the Los Angeles area. The area is perfect for anyone looking to experience the best of Florida's laid-back lifestyle, as it is surrounded by lush vegetation, beautiful waterways, and numerous exciting attractions. This lovely resort area is known for its many beautiful waterfronts. A mangrove wetland provides access to the Matlacha Pass Aquatic Preserve, drawing anglers and paddlers, while Glover Bight Trail, part of the Rotary Park Environmental Center, is famous for birdwatching. In addition to its natural beauty, the Pelican neighborhood is home to various excellent dining options. From seafood restaurants to Italian eateries, there is something to satisfy every palate. The area is also known for its great nightlife, with plenty of bars and clubs to entertain visitors. Overall, the Pelican community is beautiful for anyone looking to experience Florida's natural beauty, outdoor recreation, delicious dining, and vibrant nightlife.
