HOUSE RULES & FEES Rental Agreement - Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement to complete and guarantee a reservation within 48hrs of booking. For last-minute reservations, rental agreement must be signed 24hrs prior to check-in on arrival date. Security Deposit - There is a security deposit hold of 350 US that will be scheduled upon signing the rental agreement. Dog Fee - 100 USD Dog per dog per stay, up to a maximum of 2.
