One of the best neighborhoods in all of Kona. And the home is located on the west side of the subdivision; meaning uninterrupted, direct, ocean views. Very secure with 24-hour gate guards. The Keahou center is just below and south of the home which provides a grocery store, movie theatre, and many great restaurants. Alli drive is the main road to connect you to the downtown area, and you can access it just below the home. Alli drive is where you'll find most of the restaurants, shopping, and activities. This home provides you quick access while keeping you away from the noise and the crowds.
Please note that this home is in one of the more upscale neighborhoods in Kona, and full-time residents live next to you. At sunset, many of the neighbors on the western side head to their patios to experience one of the best sunsets in the world. It's a beautiful, quite neighborhood, full of serenity, views, and great star watching. As such, we ask that you please be courteous and respectful of your neighbors.
