When you aren't playing on the sandy shoreline, check out Orient Beach State Park, or head up the road to Shinnecock Hills Golf Club and the Parrish Art Museum. Inside, continue to enjoy the water views from the sunny living room. Adorned with ample seating, this space is perfect for gathering and visiting with those you love. Whereas, the well-equipped kitchen presents all of the essentials you need to whip up culinary creations. Dining will come easy at the in-kitchen table, or even alfresco on the balcony. Each of the bedrooms is homey, soft, and inviting with plush linens and calming color palettes. After a day spent in the water, soak off in the walk-in shower, and throw your swimsuits in the private washer/dryer for a refresher. Back outside, as the sunset begins to fall over the water, fire up the gas grill and host a sweet summer barbecue. THINGS TO KNOW This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
