Wake up to the peaceful sounds of nature and our backyard brook! Hike the easy nearby trails of Mount Cardigan and Ragged Mountain, or drive a few minutes down the road to the Grafton Pond for a peaceful walk around the pond, and if you're lucky, you can catch a glimpse of moose enjoying the pond. You can be in Lebanon/White River Junction and Dartmouth in 30 minutes to enjoy the great food, breweries, and consignment shops. We are 2 hours from Boston, Burlington, and Portland - come for a short weekend getaway, or stay for a few weeks to work remotely. Our outdoor fire pit is in the backyard next to the brook for making s'mores - firewood and fire starters included! There is a small charcoal Weber grill next to the cabin if you like to grill out - camp style. The cabin is heated by a propane heater during the winter. Our master bedroom features a comfortable queen size foam mattress, a Juliet balcony overlooking the creek, and a small writing desk. Upstairs, connected to the master, is the small bonus room with a twin size foam mattress. The bonus room is separated from the master bedroom by a sliding barn style door.
