This vibrant condo offers a tropical feel and sets the mood for a fun and relaxing vacation on the gorgeous Gulf Coast in peaceful, serene Perdido Key, Florida. With its spacious layout, there's room for everyone in the family! Spend the day reading or watching the waves roll in and enjoy a spectacular view of the water from the 11th-floor private balcony. Later, eat dinner under the stars after cooking in the well-appointed full kitchen. The dining table with seating for six makes it easy to enjoy time together at the end of a fun day spent exploring the many activities and entertainments the area has to offer. End the evening with cocktails and conversation as you take advantage of the condo's wet bar and ice machine. Make sure to take time to enjoy the many amenities the condo complex offers, which include a hot tub, an outdoor pool and an exercise room, as well as a boardwalk for easy access to the beach, which is just yards away. Make the most of your time by the pool with exclusive use of a private, reserved cabana during your stay. The Gulf Islands National Seashore is nearby, as is the Lost Key Golf Club, an Audubon Signature Cooperative Sanctuary golf course. THINGS TO KNOW This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 11. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
