Offering plentiful windows and views of the neighboring woods, this three-bedroom condo in the popular Winterplace development at Okemo Mountain Resort is ideal for skiers and snowboarders alike. You'll be approximately 250 yards from the ski trail with a natural ski-back trail leading to the building. Store your gear in the entry hall cubbies and make yourself at home in the open, light-filled living space. There's a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and free WiFi are provided as well. With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
