When you're not out exploring or cruising the lake, make the most of the home's two-acre, waterfront location by swimming and fishing from the private dock. Anglers who bring their own gear and tackle can pick up bait from the nearby marina. Floats, paddleboards, and kayaks are also provided for added fun on the water. Multiple outdoor spaces include a sundeck and shaded patio complete with seating and lounge areas, plus a table for alfresco dining. At the end of the day, gather on the screened porch or take a soak in the private hot tub under the stars with a "treehouse" feel surrounded by woods. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
