Palmetto Beach is a hidden gem! It is a small community just minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Tampa, Channelside and Ybor. You are a block or two from the water & there is very little through traffic in this growing neighborhood! If you are used to cookie cutter, or HOA communities I would recommend not booking this listing. There is plenty of parking here! We highly recommend getting a rental car or relying on Uber for your stay at this property. That being said this home is a SHORT Uber ride of about five to ten minutes will get you to Busch Gardens, Downtown Tampa, Channelside, Armature Works, Hyde Park, South Tampa, The Port, Tampa International Airport, Lowry Park Zoo, The Aquarium, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, The Straz Center, and SO much more. This house is very centrally located.
