Highlights: Comfortable Rooms: King-size bed in the master, two single beds in the second bedroom, plus a sofa bed in the living area. Amenities: Newly refurbished apartment equipped with modern Air conditioning, free WiFi, smart TV, open-plan kitchen. All brand new furniture. Our air conditioning works very well and cools/heats the apartment up in seconds. The space Convenient Location: 2-min walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes 5-min walk to Old Town and historical sites 10-min walk to hospitals and IVF Centre 15-min walk to EMU University 15-min walk to City Mall 20-min walk to palm beach 20-min walk to Ghost Town (kapalı Maraş) 7-min drive to Glapsides beach 10-min drive to Bedis beach 10-min drive to Salamis Ruins 30-min drive to Ayia Napa 30-min drive to Ercan Airport 40-min drive to Larnaca Airport Experience comfort and convenience in the heart of Mağusa. The Salamis Ruins, St. Barnabas Monastery, and charming sandy beaches are only a short drive away. Our place is your place.
