The apartment has an elevator and a private parking area (free). İt has all the facilities for both short and long stays such as satellite TV, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, cooker, oven, cooking pans, kettle etc. The photos were taken unprofessionally by me (with my mobile) and the guests who have stayed in my apartment before, found it much better than seen in the photos. Royal Residence Nicosia is in walking distance to almost all amenities like market, supermarket, restaurants, banks with ATM, pharmacies, shops etc. İt is close to Belediye Bulvarı (Municipality Avenue) which became the most attractive place for locals and tourists. The most popular shops and restaurants have their branches there.
