Property information

Harbour Bridge 303 suite is a one-bedroom apartment, situated on the Waterfront Canal and is a relaxing walk to the V & A Waterfront Mall and a 3-minute walk to the CTICC. This spacious open plan, self-catering 66-meter square apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with most major appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment has air-conditioning, a large smart TV with Netflix and DSTV, free uncapped fiber Wi-Fi and your stay will not be affected by loadshedding. All towels and bedding are provided. A home away from home. The bathroom has a separate shower and bath. The balcony overlooks the canal and is a great place to sit and have your early morning coffee or sip cocktails as the sun sets and watch the canal cruise and paddlers go by. There is a communal roof top pool with views of the cruise terminal and Table Mountain. A restaurant café and bar are situated on site which is also a convenient and a great place to meet friends and business associates. The Cape Town stadium is a 2km stroll away.

Neighbourhood information

The Sight Seeing canal cruise stops right outside the café and travels from the CTICC to the Waterfront Hub and Watershed market which is full of handmade African crafts and eateries. Besides the Café, bar and restaurant onsite there are other places to eat and have coffee within a 500m radius. Battery Park with its cafes, skate boarding park, roller blade rink, basketball courts and lush mowed lawns is a fun place to go or to relax and is less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Here you can also hire a standup board and paddle along the canal at your leisure. The Ceres Rail Company train operates most weekends from Harbour Bridge to the wine region for day trips to the Elgin Valley and market. Nearby attractions within walking distance besides the V & A Waterfront Mall include the Two Oceans Aquarium, the Wheel of Excellence, the Robben Island Gateway terminal and the Zeitz Museum of Contemporary Art. The Cape Town International Cruise Terminal and Food Market is a 2km drive or 15 minute walk from Harbour Bridge Apartments. The CTICC is 450m away whereas Table Mountain and the beaches are less than a 10-minute drive. The Cape Town International Airport is 20km away. There is one free undercover parking bay onsite. The Christiaan Barnard Hospital, medical suites and Virgin Active gym are less than 1kmaway. This apartment is ideal for those travelling for business or leisure.
