The building dates from 1926 and is part of Piketberg's heritage route.
The building has been used as a bank for years until I bought it.
Security at all units is very good and includes burglar bars, security gates, and camera systems.
The undercover parking is monitored by the same security system.
The local police station is also close to the building.
We do have breakfast and dinner options on request from Monday to Friday.
It is a very quiet area where "@ 1926" is located.
