Property information

Newly renovated sea front apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This elegant apartment is across the road from the beach and has superb sea views. It is also within walking distance of Umdloti's restaurants and shops.

Neighbourhood information

A Slice of Heaven Umdloti is a small village situated between Durban and the new King Shaka international airport. Our Units are situated right on the beach. All restaurants are within walking distance of the units. All units are fully furnished and serviced. Umdloti has shark nets & lifesavers. A tidal pool allows for little kids to play around. Sit on your deck and watch the dolphins surf by in the early mornings. Most building have braai (BBQ) facilities and a swimming pool. All Units have secure parking within the property and most properties have security guards at the entrances.
