Kapensis Guesthouse offers accommodation with a touch of African style within a natural reserve, just outside Pringle Bay. It features its own 1 km hiking trail through Cape fynbos, windsurfing and cycling facilities. All of the spacious rooms at Kapensis Guesthouse provide mountain or distant sea views. They are decorated with creamy tones, bright fabrics and include en suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. Guests can relax with a book from the in-house library, order drinks at the bar or experience authentic outdoor braai barbecues in the gardens. WiFi access is free throughout the property. Popular nearby attractions include Pringle Bay’s Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve, a UNESCO Heritage Site. Cape Town is easily accessible via the R44 Motorway and private parking is available at the guest house.

Soothing silence, fresh air, sweeping mountain views and plenty of fynbos – that’s what staying at this German-owned guesthouse, just outside Pringle Bay will be. Kapensis Guesthouse, at the foot of the Hangklip Mountains, is a place where time seems to stand still – as still as the quiet night air that separates you from the millions of bright stars overhead. All the luxurious conveniences you would expect of a 4-star guest house are part of the Kapensis experience, but you’ll never feel over-pampered. The rooms are extremely spacious, with earth coat floors and minimalist design, offering incredible views that make sleeping with the curtains open a great idea!
The views, the flowers and the relaxing atmosphere makes this place very special for us and hopefully also for you as guests. We are looking forward to host you at the Kapensis Guesthouse. Ivo and Katharina
Kapensis Guesthouse has a magnificent setting in the heart of the Cape's uniquely rich fynbos region. There are breathtaking mountain and ocean views at this 8.5 hectare fynbos farm on the outskirts of Pringle Bay, and it provides the perfect setting to enjoy a relaxing getaway. Enjoy all the attractions this beach side town and its surrounds have to offer, such as the land based penguin colony at Stony Point, the art galleries and wine routes, the golf courses and pristine beaches, the botanical garden, hiking and biking routes and whale watching in season.
