Avisa Villa is a gorgeous 4 bedroom all en-suite self-catering accommodation, an open plan house just a stones throw from Hout Bay beach. The Villa is Solar Powered to alleviate the effects of load shedding. Avisa means Ocean and Mountain which describes the views from all the rooms and living areas. Take time to relax while listening to the waves, and feeling the wind on your skin. In winter the house has an indoor fireplace as well as an indoor Barbecue. Relax. Rejuvenate .Unwind

Hout Bay Village is one of the gems of the Western Cape. It is close enough to the city but it has a friendly village look and feel. The house over looks the world famous Chapmans peak drive and near by to the magnificent beaches of Llandudno and Sandy Bay. There are numerous hikes, wine farms and activities all with in 10 minutes drive. Download the Club 790 app which is a comprehensive, colourful business directory App for Hout Bay & Surrounding areas. Attractions within walking distance include a number of harbour restaurants, the beach, Hout Bay Market, fishing charters and adventures like snorkelling with seals, and visiting Seal Island. It is advisable to rent a car while staying in Hout Bay, however there is a MyCiTi bus stop about a 2 minute walk away. For late nights we suggest Uber or a local option called Home Hero.
