It's a standalone propety with one family (owner) residing. Completely private with lots of lush green vegetation. Very tranquil.
Single professional male, well-travelled and a people's person. Always working to make your stay worth it.
Buccleuch is the last surburb in Sandton, tucked away from all the noises, hustle and bustle of JHB. Buccleuch is central to all services like the Gautrain (7min by uber or Gautrain Bus), 12min from Sandton City, 20min from OR Tambo international Airport and just 8min from the Mall of Africa. There numerous Restuarant in close proximities i.e WaterFalls, Sunninghill and Rivonia cater for lots of Night life and more. Just across the road from Buccluech houses lots for the worlds most corporate entities and more. Gillian Rd is known as the Jewel for Buccleuch, it is a Cul de sac, so there is a no thoroughfare. The street is 99% owners occupied, giving it the love and required attention needed. The tranquil nature is unparalleled, almost like being in the bundus. The neighbourhood is safe with lots of parks for recreation and other activities. Very friendly neighbours and community based.
