Beautiful upper class estate in Illovo Beach, close to beaches and other amenities. Very quiet with safe parking. This is a new apartment that includes a TV, WiFi and Fridge. Swimming pool and Braai facilities are available on the property.
I am a quiet person, that loves a bit of woodwork and enjoying life. I am also a keen fisherman that enjoys the sea.
Attractions nearby in close proximity is Illovo Nursery, Winklespruit Beach, Warner Beach as well Umkomaas for those that are interested in Scuba Diving.
