Be welcomed into this secured, modern, 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of Port Elizabeth. Only a few minutes away from St. George's Hospital, Cricket Field, some of the trendy restaurants in Stanley Street and a 9 min. drive to the closest beach.
This apartment offers ample and secure parking spaces, a good size living and dining area, a full-size kitchen with all of the needed kitchen appliances and an outside area with a standing weber, if you decide to have a braai evening with the family.
