The team is available during office hours for enquiries and there is an after hours maintenance number for your convenience too. Bill and Gail also welcome you to stopover en-route on the N3, at their famous historic hotel in the mountains, The Green Lantern Inn where one can meet the famous bar donkey, Bojangles.

Offers self catering, pet friendly accommodation for a family in Ramsgate. Rip Tide has a garden view from the patio. The open plan living area has a sliding door opening onto the patio. Rip Tides has 1 bedroom with a queen bed & ceiling fan. There is a take 2 bed in the dining area for 2 children, & a ceiling fan in the living area. 1 bathroom with a shower. The Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering & opens onto an enclosed garden suitable for small pets. Just a short 80m stroll to the beach, bring your leads, 5km pet friendly ramble along the shoreline.

Ramsgate's Ski Boat Bay is just a 200m stroll away and is a swimming beach ideal for fishing, body-boarding or paddle-surfing and is ski-boat launch site too. It is lifeguarded in season. Enjoy watching whales from the Whale-viewing Deck over looking the main Ramsgate beach. Ramsgate main beach is a Life-guarded Blue Flag Beach with a tidal pool, lagoon, paddle boats and restaurants ie The Waffle House & Blue Lagoon Restaurant. The Ramsgate village offers a super variety of fine restaurants, cafes and pubs for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, as well as an Art Gallery and two antique stores.
