This charming 4-bedroom holiday home is located in the popular wildlife conservancy of Marloth Park. It offers a non-smoking environment and is situated approximately 40 km from the Crocodile Bridge entrance to Kruger National Park, making it a suitable base for day trips into the park. The main bedroom is upstairs and has a queen size bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom sleeps 3, with 1 x double bed and 1 x 3/4 bed. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. There's also an open loft area with 2 x 3/4 beds. Two private bedrooms have their own entrance and are separate from the main house but are connected by a walk-over bridge. Both are en-suite with a shower, and each bedroom has a bar fridge and TV. One of these rooms has a sleeper couch for a toddler. The main house kitchen has some extras like an air fryer and 2 fridges, but the full and enclosed entertainment area boasts an indoor braai, 4-plate gas stove, big fridge, TV and dishwasher and is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery. There's an outdoor braai and fire pit area and an outside toilet and shower to service the enclosed entertainment area and pool. “Bartlett Safari holiday home is a tranquil family home set in a residential estate & is a strictly “minimal noise” environment. Music can only be played during the day at a reasonable level & a minimal noise policy must be adhered to from 8pm. If these restrictions are not adhered to guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately"

Marloth Park is a wildlife sanctuary situated on the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park. (Approximately 390 kilometres from Pretoria). Marloth has its own wildlife and boasts four of the big five with the exception of elephant, however as the Crocodile River forms the boundary between Marloth Park and the Kruger National Park, you are likely to spot elephants playing in the river. Buffalo, rhino and lion are confined to Marloth's game reserve "Lions Spruit" whereas the rest of the game such as kudu, zebra, giraffe, blue wildebeest, nyala, impala, warthog and plenty more aren't restricted by fences and roam freely between the units that are built on 1500 hectares. With the dangerous game restricted, you can take a walk along the river or a mountain bike ride on many dirt roads within the estate. Marloth Park is also a birder's paradise. Situated between Malelane and Komatipoort, two entrance gates can be used to the Kruger National Park; Crocodile bridge gate, 14 Kilometres and Malelane gate, 35 Kilometres.
