The apartment is made up of 2 SEPERATE Suites situated in a very sort after estate on the mountain side above Simons Town village, it is in a no through road which means you will have less traffic noise, it has an easy to drive good road leading up to the apartment and you will have parking on the property's driveway or in a parking area. It is 4 km from the Penguins and 5 lovely Beaches including the very highly rated BOULDERS Beach and Glencairn Tidal Pool. The Apartment is made up of two Suites (SEAGULL and PENGUIN) they have no inter leading doors, each one has a door onto the covered Wooden Deck which is only for your use, the Deck provides stunning Views of the Bay and Beaches below, each Suite has a Bedroom with double bed, Kitchenette, Dinning area, Living area with TV and a Bathroom with Shower and toilet. The Wooden Deck has 4 Casual relaxing Cane chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs. It is like having your own 2 Apartments linked by the Deck. You will not have anyone else using the Deck area so you will have your privacy. In addition you will have a beautiful view of the Beach and Bay with the Yachts and Boats coming and going from the harbours below and for most of the year you will see small boats fishing for Maceral and squid or trek fishing for Yellowtail. We also have the occasional visit from Whales and Dolphins. We are proud of Simons Town and the surrounding areas, we look forward to welcoming You.
Great fun loving family man with a zest for life. I joined the navy to see the world. The managing host lives in the area and is available via cell phone, sms, or email.
We have a modern shopping complex situated within 4 km with 2 large well known supermarkets, a Liquor store, a Large Chemist and a number of restaurants. In the village below you can visit the Yacht Club for Breakfast or Lunch, the shops or book a trip on a boat or canoe around the bay. Travel along the coast for 12 km and all along you can visit some of the best villages and swimming spots in Cape Town PLUS you will be close to the CAPE POINT NATURE RESERVE.
