The Studio is on the 3rd floor and has an open balcony with a partial side sea view. It has its own fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with a shower. We have fibre Wi Fi with UPS backup and satellite television. The bed is king sized and we have a ceiling fan in the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet block, set back from the traffic in Beach Road. Free parking in a secure parking garage is available and must be reserved with us. It is situated across the road at the back of the building. PLEASE NOTE: There is no lift and there are 50 stairs at the front entrance and 30 stairs at the back parking entrance.

We are Harry and Barbara, both semi retired. We run a guesthouse in Greenpoint. We love our city and are keen to help you with any questions you might have.

The famous Seapoint Promenade is located 50 metres from our apartment block and one can take a long walk to the V&A Waterfront in one direction or to the famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay in the other direction. E-bikes and bicycles can be hired on the promenade. The beautiful Seapoint pools on the sea are also located 200 metres away. Small beaches are to be found all along the Promenade where you can relax, swim or watch the waves. The My City bus station is 40 metres away and the Hop on Hop off bus stop is within 200 metres from us. Trendy shops, Mojo market and and array of quality cafes, grocery stores and restaurants are located in the high street 150 metres away. Although the area is a buzzing hive of activity, our apartment is set away from the roads and is relatively free of pedestrian and traffic noise.
