Property information

Spacious well presented RIVER FRONT duplex in secure complex situated on the lagoon/Piesang Valley River overlooking the Beacon Isle Hotel. Within easy walking distance of Central Beach (approx. 565 m) and 2-3 minutes walk across to mini shopping complex. Downstairs offers an open plan living room comprised of lounge, kitchen (via hatch) and dining room with double set of french doors opening into either the well maintained gardens or glass enclosed entertainment area with braai facilities, both offering views. 4 Bedrooms/2 bathrooms, both with shower and toilet. - Linen, bath (2 per person) and beach (1 per person) towels provided. - Braai's: Gas Weber, Coal Weber and Cadac skottel. - Unit is situated overlooking bridge crossing river and road leading down from town. Also being river front it faces onto public braai area on the opposite side of the estuary. COMPLEX FEATURES: - Large fresh water swimming pool overlooking lagoon and B.I. hotel. Fenced-in but has no net or covering. - Squash court with shower facilities. Tenants to supply own racquets & balls. - 24 Hour security check point at only access into/out off complex. - Exceptionally well maintained communal gardens.
