6 bedrooms all en-suite which open up onto a wraparound balcony. Great amenities such as a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, 2 fire places and a full kitchen all just a stone throw away from the mountain trails and the buzzing kloof street bars and restaurants.
It has mountain, city and ocean views form the wraparound balcony which all bedrooms open up onto. The house has solar power and is not affected by Loadshedding.
