I've been running Internet related businesses for close to 20 years here in Cape Town. I've in love with this city and wouldn't want to live anywhere else. I'm doing my bit to promote our country and to grow the local technology sector (Silicon Cape). In my free time I surf, hike and enjoy most of what Cape Town and surrounds has to offer (and that's a lot!).

Blaauwberg House is located right on the beachfront in the small 'village' like suburb of Bloubergstrand. It's peaceful, yet buzzing with activity because you're in such close proximity to great restaurants (the closest of which is literally on your doorstep). Sunsets are glorious over the ocean and sandy white beaches are meters away on which you can walk for many kilometres.

Bloubergstrand is a lovely little suburb that's close to town and yet it feels like a small coastal village. Beautiful beaches and world class kitesurfing spots surround the property on both sides and are literally minutes drive away (that's if you're not launching straight off the beach in front of the house). Blouberg has the most iconic view of Table Mountain, one of the 7 wonders of the world and it's this view that most tourists flock to Blouberg for. A large selection of restaurants and bars surround the area and you're always in walking distance of something different to experience. It's your choice whether you relax or enjoy the many water sports that the area has to offer.
