Bondi Beach is ideally situated on prime beachfront property with direct access to the beach. The complex has entertainment facilities for youngsters including a swimming pool, tennis court, and clubhouse. Located just 1 km from both shopping malls. This middle floor apartment can accommodate up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and it has 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and the other bathroom is fitted with a bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge with freezer, and a microwave. Laundry facilities include a washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge offers comfortable seating and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. A gas braai is available outside.
