This beautiful luxuriously furnished 2 bedroomed apartment, offers you a fully equipped ground floor apartment on the golf estate with driving range and 18 hole course which is in wonderful condition. Mountain bike trails, swimming, mashie golf, restaurants, gym, bowls, tennis and 24hr security. Open plan living opens onto private patio with braai. The views are of wide open spaces including views of the Lagoon. Buck wonder through the garden . During the flower season the views are magical.
Wendy & Derry live on the Golf Estate and play golf and mountain bike around the 25klm trails on the Estate. We love living here and welcome you to experience this laid back safe lifestyle.
On the Golf Estate you have a beautiful 18 hole golf course as well as a driving range. The club house has a restaurant and halfway house. The driving range has a lovely family run Deli for breakfast & lunches. The Estate has tennis, a gym, bowls, walking and cylcing trails. Plenty of buck and birds. During Spring the Estate transforms into a magical flower wonderland.
