Colonial Sands 103 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a 4-bedroom, ground-floor unit situated in a complex within walking distance to Margate’s main swimming beach, restaurants, entertainment facilities, and shops. The unit can sleep 8 guests and comprises of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The first and second room has queen-size beds and the third and fourth room has 2 single beds. There are 2 showers and 2 baths, as well as ceiling fans in the main bedroom and in the lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an oven and stove, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and a washing machine. There is a TV with a DStv access point, however, guests should bring along their own decoder, smart card, remote, cables etc. if they wish to make use of this facility. Guests also have access to gas braai facilities. The complex offers a communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy.
