The rooms are in a separate entrance guest suite in Highbury Park in Kuils River, each with its own bathroom. The open plan kitchen and living room are shared with other guests and are equipped with everything that you normally find in a regular home, e.g. fridge, oven and stove, microwave, washing machine, electric kettle, TV, etc. Guests have free access to WiFi and there is a small paved yard with a washing line at the back of the house to hang your laundry. The Highbury Shopping Centre is about 500m away. Here, you can find almost any quick supply – grocery, salon, laundromat, fishery, cellphone repair, etc.
I am self-employed and have been living and working in Cape Town for the past 10 plus years. I have had my fair share of travelling, and my very first trip away from home was to Sydney, Australia. Thereafter, I visited more than 10 other countries, either on business or leisure, most of which I have very faint memories about. I remember mostly the places where I stayed with the locals who would show me around. I hope I will be able to do the same for my guests.
My motto "Whatever you do, do it as unto the Lord"
Highbury is only 12 km from Cape Town International Airport vi is a multiracial middle income suburb in Kuils River, about 32 km from Cape Town CBD via the N2; 12 km from Cape Town International Airport via the M12; 22 km from Stellenbosch via the M12; 12 km from Tygervalley Mall via Old Oak Road and about 4 km from Zevenwacht Mall. Kuils River, the town itself, is semi-rural and is often considered a gateway to the Cape winelands, with easy access to major routes, such as the N1, N2, R300, R102 and M12. While there are a lot of industrial developments taking place in the area, wine and other farms are in close proximity.
