Our beautiful house with its quaint and unassuming farm-style exterior offers our guests a luxurious and comfortable interior, which is semi-rustic yet still modern in feel. The house can comfortably accommodate up to six people across three fully-furnished bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms have both a bath and a shower, while the third has only a shower. Each bedroom exits onto a covered deck that wraps around two sides of the house. From both the deck and the bedrooms, one can enjoy the most beautiful picturesque view of the mountains surrounding the property. The lounge, dining, and kitchen area are all open-plan and very spacious. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the lounge, as well as a flat-screen TV with DSTV. The kitchen is modern and sleek, with stone countertops, a gas hob, and under-counter oven, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The property is situated ca. 16.5 km from the town of Clarens and ca. 2.5 km from the entrance to the Golden Gate Highlands National Park. Our house is the ideal getaway location for families, couples, or groups of friends who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We have a battery backup for lights during load shedding but this backup only supports the 3-bedroom house. The separate 1 bedroom has the load shedding globe.
