It is a 4km gravel road to the guesthouse from the gate at the N1. We are off the grid we have solar energy (on the solar system you can charge your cellphone and the lights, fans, wi- fi is running it and you can use a laptop but nothing else) and we make use of gas (gas stove, geasor and fridge). There is a generator which can be used when someone is using the microwave or hairdryer. There is coffee, tea, sugar and milk for the guests. We do cell wood. The guest house is private with undercover parking for free. Also free Wi-Fi. There is an indoor braai and outdoor braai. Sel phone coverage is sometimes not so good but the wi-fi is good.
I enjoy meeting people and love talking to them. Every one is welcome on our farm, adults and children, families or solo travelers. Come and enjoy the silence and karoo nights and beautiful skylights.
