KAALVOET VILLA is the entire top floor of an upmarket self-catering holiday home with four en-suite bedrooms. Located in Yzerfontein, the Kaalvoet Villa offers you a very luxurious, spacious and beautifully decorated home with has uninterrupted views of the Ocean, a Fynbos Green Belt adjacent to the house as well as Dassen Island and Table Mountain!. The 4-bedroom house can accommodate 8 - 10 people: KAALVOET VILLA is tastefully decorated and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has a double SMEG stove, ample crockery, cutlery and utensils, a fridge/freezer and a scullery with a dishwasher. You also has the use of the laundry equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. The very spacious open-plan living area with a lounge and dining area is ideal for entertaining or just spending special time with family or friends. There is an indoor braai/fireplace and a deck overlooking the Ocean and green Fynbos area. See the spectacular sunsets of Yzerfontein from the deck. The garden at the back has a lovely Herb garden which you are welcome to use.
Your host is Frieda Henning, who has been in the industry for 20 years. She is a keen gardener and loves nature. That is why she chose Yzerfontein with the beautiful ocean, the Fynbos and birds. She is married and has two married children and 5 grandchildren. She has a passion for people and interior.
