Perched against a mountainous backdrop, this tranquil beach-themed home is modern and superbly decorated. Featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, indoor fireplace and BBQ, amazing north-facing views. Inverter - no electricity cuts. Near Muizenberg Beach, in a secluded private road, this peaceful residence has easy access to mountain-hikes, surfing, kiting and mountain bike trails, the Constantia Winelands, Boulder's Beach, Kalk Bay, Cape Point, Noordhoek, Hout Bay and the Cape Peninsula. Clean lines, modern, comfortable and well curated. Superb views looking out over the lakes of Marina de Gama, the Cape mountains and adjacent vineyards. you can smell the ocean from the patio! The indoor fireplace creates a wonderful cosy ambience. The dining area boasts a large indoor patio BBQ giving very much an indoor/outdoor feel. The two upstairs bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom is filled with light and the decor resonates well with the natural outdoor landscape. On the ground floor is an expansive bedroom en-suite, perfect for students., offering ample extra storage facilities

A choice of conveniently located grocery stores, cafés and restaurants are either a short drive or 10 minute walk away.
