Situated in quiet Cul de Sac in Pecanwood Gold Estate. An inviting entrance with a water feature, surrounded by soft flowers. The open-plan living areas ensure it is an entertainer's dream! Spacious kitchen with breakfast nook, large lounge with fireplace, stack-up doors in the braai room lead onto the sparkling pool, garden, and full view of your paradise where birds and nature keep you entertained. Three spacious bedrooms, 1 with main on suite. The master bedroom overlooks the lake with your patio to enjoy the sunshine and breathtaking views.
